We believe God has something better for Eastie than a casino, so we’re committed to:

We don't believe East Boston belongs to Suffolk Downs and Mohegan Sun - because communities are built, not bought.
“David chose five smooth stones from the stream, put them in his shepherd’s bag, and with his sling in hand, he approached Goliath.” - 1 Samuel 17:40
The casino has a war chest of advertising money and their operation might look very impressive, but like David against Goliath, we’ve got our own five smooth stones:

Friends of East Boston partners with No Eastie Casino, a non-partisan, grassroots group of East Boston residents who have come together to voice their opposition to a casino in East Boston. Volunteer with No Eastie Casino and help stop an East Boston casino.
